Terms, Conditions and Rates

-Scheduling-

-10:30am to 6pm Tuesdays through Saturdays. 

-Winter Hours November-June 1st, 10:30am-5pm Tuesdays through Fridays.

-RATES-

-$150 an hour of STRICTLY tattoo time.

-$160 an hour for coverup tattoo work

-$120 Minimum 

-DEPOSITS-

-$80, $100, $200 Non refundable Tattoo Appointment deposit. For each tattoo appointment. Even continuing work. 

-Late fees will be implemented. If more than 10 minutes late, re scheduling and loss of deposit will be possible as well as added hourly time. 

-The non refundable deposit comes OFF PRICE ONLY IF the scheduled appointment IS NOT canceled 36hrs PRIOR to scheduled appointment date. If canceled AFTER the 36hr requirement, the deposit is lost, and another will be required to re schedule, with the same terms and conditions applying.  

-If the tattoo appointment(s) are needed to be re scheduled by the client, the deposit will ONLY come off the price if notification is received 3 business days prior to the tattoo appointment scheduled date and time. 

-Artist will reach out DIRECTLY at any time to clients personally if there are any updates and changes to clients appointment dates and times. 

   *Payment of ANY deposit is an agreement to ALL Terms and Conditions 

-Consultations-

-FREE and only at 4pm on select available days. 

-AFTER rough draft is made at scheduled consultation, ANY substantial changes made to design will cost client $10 Design Alteration Fee (which is due BEFORE any changes are made, and does NOT come off price of tattoo.)

*$200 for COMPLETE redesign of original draft made during in studio consultation/outside studio consultation and does NOT go toward tattoo as downpayment, also is NON refundable. 

-Outside the Studio Design Terms and Conditions-

-If no studio consultation, a $200 design/deposit fee is DUE PRIOR to any design being created. 

  -If any substantial changes are made to the design AFTER its been created, its $20 a change (which is due BEFORE any changes are made)

-Design Alteration Fee does NOT come off price, but if Deposit terms and conditions are met, the initial $200 draw fee/deposit comes off the price 

*Payment of ANY Deposit is an agreement to ALL Terms and Conditions. 


-Designs made during consultations will NOT be sent to client outside studio UNLESS a deposit is made

-Design will be sent outside studio with a portion missing to avoid any copyright or misuse of design

-no refunds of deposits under any circumstances
